We chose Amy to help us with our home search because she moved to Sarasota from the Memphis area just as we were attempting to do. That was extremely important to us because she knew how to bridge the gap between the types of homes that we were used to in other areas of the country and the types of homes available in Sarasota. Since we had to do most of our home search from afar, she took time to go tour homes on our behalf and take video recordings for us to save us the time and expense of traveling to Sarasota to look at each home. Amy is an outstanding communicator, extremely detailed and very generous with her time. Plus, she not only helped us with our home search, but has stayed in touch after our move and helped us with a few items that have come up since closing. The next time we buy or sell in Sarasota there is only one person we will call - Amy Chapman.
