Hi, I’m Amy! Welcome to my blog. Here you’ll find information about the latest and greatest properties in Manatee and Sarasota counties, helpful tips related to homeownership and more. But, first, let me tell you a little about myself.

I became a licensed real estate broker in 1998 and to say that I absolutely love what I do would be an understatement. After owning a successful real estate franchise in my home state of Tennessee, I relocated to Sarasota and joined Michael Saunders & Company. As a sales agent, I specialize in homes, condos and luxury properties, often helping snow birds and year round residences find their perfect properties. I’m especially familiar with Downtown Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Casey Key, Anna Maria Island and Palmer Ranch, and I have a thorough understanding of golf communities such as Lakewood Ranch Country Club, River Strand Golf and Country Club and The Meadows. The latter is actually where I call home!

I have one son, Britton, and I’m proud to be raising him in beautiful Sarasota. The breathtaking beaches, serene lakes, beautiful trees, walking/biking trails, great restaurants and character the community exudes are elements I wouldn’t trade for anything. Outside of real estate, I enjoy attending sporting events and fundraisers, walking the family dogs with Britton, going to the beach, enjoying the arts and culture unique to Sarasota and supporting locally owned businesses and restaurants.
